Community of Practice on Eco-Decolonial Regeneration – Invitation to participate
The context: Some emerging design approaches (Transition Design, Regenerative Design) and other fields (decoloniality, ecology, psychology) have been pointing to a need for a mindset-values-worldview change in order to (1) tackle the planetary-social-climate crisis, and (2) create regenerated futures. In a sense, this means an urgent call for us to go out of anthropocentrism into a more relational and ecological paradigm built upon a set of values, beliefs, and principles in interconnection with a holistic view of life.
The Core Question: How can design address the need for mindset-values-worldview change towards regenerated futures?
The hypothesis given is that design can create practices with potential to collaborate with this process of “subjective regeneration” through the stimulation of the reconnection human-nature.
The call: To participate in a 5-week journey (6 encounters + weekly practices) designed to test if structured exercises—rooted in ecology, indigenous knowledge, ecopsychology, and systems thinking—can help us move beyond separation toward interdependence.
When: In-person in Växjö/Sweden. 21/Oct to 25/Nov

Who should apply? Designers, students, strategists, and creative leaders who feel the weight of the crisis but seek deeper, systemic tools beyond conventional sustainability metrics.
